A lot of jobs that are dream jobs (jobs that we love and want to do) tend to be considered overrated. Some jobs we wouldn't dream of being thought of as overrated. The only thing you can do in any occupation is prove to others that that particular job or jobs is not overrated or let people see how passionate at what job that you are doing in your field. A lot of times people don't really love what they do & it can be an easy laid back job. Travel writers, prove to people that traveling while writing/blogging is fun. The best way to prove to people that this kind of job is not overrated is by telling a story to where your readers would want to one day be a travel writer even if that is not the particular job that he or she is not interested in doing for a career.
